Black Friday Sale:

Black Friday coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to prior purchases. All Sale Items are FINAL SALE.

 

Sale: Any item purchased on sale/clearance or during a sales event is Final Sale. No returns or exchanges. This includes BFCM deals. 

 

International customers: All sales are final.

Refunds 

Please be sure to carefully choose your items before placing your order. We don't issue refunds-- only store credit when applicable.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable after purchase and cannot be redeemed for store credit after use. 

 

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

*All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please do not ship your item back without first contacting us. Exchanges are accepted at the sole discretion of Lucy Lue Organics.

I. Exchanges for Seller Errors 

If we have made an error on your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for a return shipping label via email.  Please ship the incorrect item(s) back within 3 days of receiving the return shipping label. Once the incorrect item is received, inspected, and approved for an exchange, we will gladly send a corrected item replacement based on your original order.

II. Size Exchanges

We will gladly accept size exchanges for the same item within 5 days of the delivery date.

Please send an email to info@lucylueorganics.com or contact us here and include comments specific to the size exchange and order number.

The Buyer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping to/from and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping to Lucy Lue Organics. We suggest shipping the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, as Lucy Lue Organics is unable to provide credit for packages lost during shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.

Once the item is received, inspected, and approved for a size exchange, we will gladly send the corrected size to you. 

Lost Packages 

If your item has been lost in transit--that is, USPS tracking shows no movement of the item for the last 15 days (for US orders) or 30 days (for Int'l orders)--you will be issued a store credit. 

We are unable to issue a store credit for packages that are marked as delivered. Please contact your local post office to resolve this issue.
