Product Questions

1. How do I determine which size to purchase?

Our clothes run true to size, based on American baby and toddler sizes. Most of our clothes are a slim-fit, unless noted otherwise in the product description. If your child is in-between sizes or is a chubster, we recommend you size up to ensure a more comfortable fit. 

Most of our clothing have a little stretch to them, to allow for wiggle and crawling room. If you purchase a larger (longer) size, you can always fold the legs up or down as your baby grows.

2. Are you garments made using certified organic cotton?

Yes! Our products are made using certified organic cotton. We pride ourselves on using a top quality GOTS certified organic cotton supplier and clothing manufacturer. All of our products are made using only certified organic cotton or organic cotton/lycra combos.   

GOTS is the highest level of certification available for organic fabrics. In order to receive certification, products and suppliers are evaluated throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials, to final garments. Suppliers must also provide a safe working environment for all employees and fair living wages.  

The cotton used in our products are free of pesticides, heavy metals, and flame retardants. Perfect for your baby's sensitive skin!

3. Where is Lucy Lue Organics located? Where are your products made?

Lucy Lue Organics is proudly designed and operated in the U.S., and our garments made in India.

4. Will my items shrink?

All of our clothes are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. However, please allow some shrinkage after the first wash due to the elasticity of cotton fibers.

5. How do I wash/care for my items?

Machine wash with like colors and tumble dry on low.
6. Garment Variances

Due to the very detailed process of making our clothes, there may be variances in production on dye lots, as well as improvements in fits, sizes, and finishes.  

Standard garment measurement variances is up to 1" in length and .5" in width from piece to piece.

7. Do your products contain flame retardants?

No, our products do not contain flame retardants. 

For child safety, garments should fit snugly to reduce the risk of catching fire. Loose fitting garments should not be used as sleepwear.

9. How often do your restock items?

We share to our social media accounts drop dates for restocking popular items You may also sign up for our newsletter to get early access or notifications of a restock!

Shipping and Payment Questions

1. Where is my order? 

Thank you so much for your order! You can check your order staus via the tracking information provided to you via email.  

After payment confirmation, please allow at least 2-5 business days before your order is ready to be shipped. In most cases, it is a 2 day processing turnaround! 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. The confirmation email and all correspondence will go to the email that you provided when you ordered, so please make sure you have entered accurate info at checkout and check that email’s inbox or spam folder.

2. What is your exchange or refund policy?

Our current policy for exchanges and returns can be found here on the Home page under Exchanges & Returns Policy. 

3. Can I cancel/change/modify my order before it has shipped?

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to change or cancel your order after it is placed. For example, we can't change size, shipping address or combine multiple orders.  Thanks for your understanding!

4. Do you ship internationally?

We absolutely do! We offer a fast, low cost option for world-wide shipping.   

International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes (fees) on full retail value. These fees are your country’s sales tax and are the responsibility of you as the buyer. 

Note, International orders may take up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery depending on the country.

 5. Do you offer discounts or promos?

1. Do you wholesale your products?

If you wish to apply to become a Lucy Lue Organics retailer, please send us a message via email at info@lucylueorganics.com or contact us . At this time, we are currently not accepting new wholesale or stockist accounts, but you can be added to our waitlist.

2. How can I host a giveaway featuring Lucy Lue Organics?

If you're interested in writing a feature about our business or hosting a giveaway, please provide us with all relevant current stats such as unique monthly views, followers, and engagement rates so we can make an informed decision. Please include this information with clear details of your request to info@lucylueorganics.com with a subject line of "Hosting a Giveaway with LLO".

3. How can I share pics of my kids wearing LLO with you? 

We love seeing your pictures! You can use our hashtags #lucylueorganics or #lucyluebaby ! Please note that this gives us permission to share your child's photo on our site, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or newsletter. If the tag is used, we assume you are willing and allowing us to share the photo on any of our social media accounts.
