Processing & Delivery
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Domestic shipments are sent via USPS or UPS, and tracking details are provided once your order ships. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS and may require a signature upon delivery.
Our studio operates Monday through Friday, 10am–4pm EST, excluding weekends and major holidays.
International Shipping
We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Delivery & Support
While we are not responsible for carrier delays (such as weather or customs) or packages marked as delivered, we’re always here to help if something doesn’t arrive as expected.
If your tracking shows no movement for 15 days (U.S.) or 30 days (international), please reach out and we’ll provide a store credit so you can replace your items.
For packages marked as delivered, we recommend contacting your local carrier for further assistance.
