Wholesale Partnerships

Lucy Lue Organics partners with a select number of boutiques that align with our values of quality, intentional design, and organic materials.

Each piece is produced in small batches, allowing us to maintain a level of care and consistency that reflects our brand.

Order Minimums
  • Opening Order: $299 USD
  • Reorders: $299 USD
  • Minimum 6 units per style (same color/trim)
  • A minimum of 3 sizes per style is required (sizes do not need to be consecutive)
Pricing & Payment
  • Payment is required at the time of order via approved payment methods
  • All wholesale orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed
  • No refunds will be issued
  • Store credit or adjustments may be provided at our discretion in approved cases
  • Lucy Lue Organics reserves the right to accept or decline any order
Shipping & Risk
  • Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Risk transfers to the buyer once the order is handed to the carrier
  • Wholesale orders are not eligible for retail shipping promotions
Returns & Exchanges

Wholesale orders are not eligible for return.

If there is an issue with your order, including defects or discrepancies, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the matter.

Any resolution, including replacement or credit, is at the discretion of Lucy Lue Organics.

Duties & International Orders

All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Resale Policy

Wholesale purchases are intended for resale through approved retail channels only.

Resale on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms is not permitted without prior written approval.

Intellectual Property

Lucy Lue Organics grants approved retailers a limited, non-transferable right to use our brand name and imagery for the purpose of selling our products.

Brand representation must remain consistent with our standards and may not be altered in a way that harms the integrity of the brand.

Limitation of Liability

Lucy Lue Organics is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by factors outside of our control, including shipping carriers or production delays.

Liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

Agreement

By placing a wholesale order or submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to these WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
