Shipping policy

>> Shipments sent within the United States will be made by USPS First Class or Priority Mail and will include a tracking slip. With larger orders, UPS or FEDEX carriers may be used.

>> Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday-Friday) and ship within 1-5 business days of payment confirmation. Most days, it is a 1 day turn-around to ship your order!

>> Additional fees for International shipping may apply and are to be paid by the Buyer (ex. duties, taxes, customs).

>> Lucy Lue Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item has been lost in transit--that is, USPS tracking shows no movement of the item for the last 15 days (for US orders) or 30 days (for Int'l orders)-- you will be issued a store credit.

>> We are unable to issue a store credit or refund for packages that are marked as 'Delivered'. We would advise you to contact your local post office to resolve this issue.
