Returns & Exchanges

We want you to truly love your Lucy Lue pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and meet the following:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging intact
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

We cannot accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or used. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt, and items that do not meet our return requirements will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.


Store Credit

All eligible returns are issued as store credit only in the form of a digital gift card.

This allows you to select a new size or style that works best for you.


Exchanges

We are happy to assist with size exchanges for the same item, depending on availability.

Please contact us first to initiate an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective.


Final Sale

Due to our small-batch production, the following are final sale:

  • Sale and promotional items (including BFCM and clearance)

These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Orders 

All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.


Our Error

If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We’ll make it right and ensure the correct piece reaches you as quickly as possible.


Processing Returns

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a store credit will be issued via email. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Original shipping charges and any shipping costs incurred by the return will be deducted from the store credit amount.

Please allow a few business days for processing.


Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for:

  • 15 days (U.S.)
  • 30 days (International)

please reach out and we will issue a store credit.

Please ensure your order is being shipped to a secure location. Once a package has been marked as delivered via tracking by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds, replacements, or store credit for lost or stolen packages.
